Returns & Exchanges

Because every ONE CANADA piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@onecanada.ca with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Sizing

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. We recommend sizing up for an oversized fit on the tee.
